Well, that’s a pretty badly worded sentence even for a tweet. However, I took it to mean that Nathan had not started a relationship with Zoe as of the time of the article (replace “has” with “had” and it makes sense), which means that nothing happened before the article was published (though it does give some leeway as to what happened after. That might just be PR speak kicking in).
If Zoe did sleep with Nathan, that’s a lot of work for a single article. Not to mention that Depression Quest is a free game, which had garnered a lot of attention already. What did it gain from the one article?
